Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices, and experience in a business partner or strategic HR role.

  • Strategic HR Business Partnering for up to four senior leaders across a diverse range of portfolios.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Leading change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Coaching managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a business partner or strategic HR role.
