Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of complex buildings and ensure the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring compliance with WHS and QA/QC.
  • Contribute to project planning, ensuring delivery within budget and set timeframes, and liaise with drafters to enable preparation of documentation.
  • Produce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, and reports under the supervision of senior engineers, and liaise and coordinate with builders, architects, and other engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in structural engineering or a related field, from a recognized institution.
  • 3-5 years of local experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record working with steel, reinforced concrete, and post-tensioned concrete in multi-level buildings, education, commercial, and healthcare projects.
  • Obtained or working towards CPEng status preferred, with demonstrated expertise in structural analysis and advanced knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools.
  • Effective communication skills, empowering you to collaborate with cross-discipline teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
