About the Position

We are seeking a visionary Structural Engineer with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Inducta, ETABS).
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
