Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional to lead the planning and delivery of multiple unit refurbishment projects across villages. Key responsibilities include managing refurbishment budgets, reporting, and commercial outcomes in line with agreed KPIs. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with residents, contractors, consultants, approval authorities, and internal stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate
  • You have experience in project and/or construction management, building, property, or insurance assessment.
  • Proven success managing refurbishments, renovations, or new-build projects.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
