Job Summary

This is a senior role that oversees the refurbishment of retirement living properties. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, construction, property or insurance assessment.

The primary focus of this position is to deliver high-quality refurbishments through the Vacate to Occupy (V2O) unit turnover process. This involves attending communities to prepare detailed scopes of work, overseeing projects through to handover inspections and ensuring each refurbishment meets quality, budget and timing expectations.

  • Deliver exceptional refurbishment projects across villages
  • Manage refurbishment budgets and report on commercial outcomes in line with agreed KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, consultants, approval authorities and internal stakeholders
