Senior Aboriginal Case Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Aboriginal Case Manager. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to provide cultural support and rehabilitation to predominantly Aboriginal offenders.
As a seasoned case manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, developing and implementing cultural support plans, and advising on issues impacting effective case management of Aboriginal offenders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Effective Communication Skills: To engage with the Victorian Aboriginal community and build strong relationships.
- Cultural Understanding: To develop and implement culturally sensitive support plans that meet the needs of Aboriginal offenders.
- Case Management Experience: To manage a caseload and provide proactive risk management.
- Motivational Skills: To motivate those being case managed and promote pro-social behaviors.
