Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed session plans to support delivery and facilitate student progression
  • Providing regular student contact, support and feedback to ensure students meet their goals
  • Marking student assessments in a timely manner and participating in moderation/validation sessions
  • Continuously improving training programs through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues

To succeed in this role, you will possess a flexible teaching style, good computer skills, excellent communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills.

A minimum of 3 years' recent industry/professional experience within the field is required, along with evidence of professional development.
