Job Title: Gaming Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to create and develop engaging poker machine games.

About the Role:

The Gaming Experience Specialist will be responsible for designing mathematical models, performing payback calculations, and running simulations to verify their accuracy. The individual in this position will also be responsible for creating submission documents for gaming regulatory bodies.

  • Create innovative math models that maximize player appeal and game performance.
  • Develop programming tools to verify math models and analyze gameplay characteristics.
  • Prepare regulatory submission documents, adhering to company standards for formatting and mathematical methods.
  • Review calculations of other team members prior to regulatory submission, ensuring correctness and adherence to standards.
  • Develop new and improve existing mathematical methods.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies as needed to address math-related compliance issues.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in mathematics, particularly probability and statistics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including linking and formulas to dynamically calculate probabilities.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and high personal integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex mathematical concepts to non-specialists.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong mathematical component or equivalent experience.
