Job Title

About the Role
  • To provide high-quality EAP counseling services in a diverse range of workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective EAP counseling services to employees.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of work-related stressors and risk factors.
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to support employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in allied health, preferably in EAP or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in diverse workplaces, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
