Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research-based pedagogies across the school, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for students.
  • Lead the development of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting practices in line with national and local requirements.
  • Ensure the quality of student learning and the effectiveness of teacher practice through systematic support and coaching.
  • Develop and implement school-wide assessment and reporting practices, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive improvement.
  • Build capacity for thorough analysis of data and develop partnerships within and outside the school to support student learning.
  • Administer available resources effectively, ensuring their optimal use in supporting student achievement.
Requirements
  • Be registered or eligible to be registered with Queensland College of Teachers.
  • Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education.
