">">About This OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to deliver expert clinical services in acute care, spinal cord injury, and/or specialist outpatient settings.
The successful candidate will have proven expertise in providing complex Speech Pathology services and contributing to service development, quality improvement, and research activities that advance patient care and the profession.
">">Main Responsibilities:- Deliver expert clinical Speech Pathology services across acute inpatients, the spinal cord injuries unit, and specialist outpatient services.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and research activities that advance patient care and the profession.
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants to foster growth and development.
- Act as a key clinical reference point within the Speech Pathology team, applying independent judgement in complex clinical decision-making.
- A skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist who thrives in a fast-paced, healthcare environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes.
- Well-developed clinical and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing demands in a complex caseload.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to supervise, mentor, and educate less experienced staff and students.
