About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Personal Care Workers
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Supervise and support the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience in aged or community care
