You will be working with a diverse mix of clients, from first-home buyers to seasoned investors, helping them navigate the market with confidence and clarity.
About the Opportunity- Engage with clients to understand their property goals and develop tailored buying strategies.
- Search for, assess, and source on-market and off-market opportunities that align with client briefs.
- Conduct thorough market and property analysis, prepare due diligence reports, and provide strategic advice.
- Attend inspections, private viewings, and final inspections as required.
- Capture and deliver property walk-through videos for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local selling agents.
- Stay across market trends, zoning changes, and suburb insights.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, brief progress, and client activity.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate, property buying or property investment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
- High attention to detail, time management, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Someone with initiative who is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, CRM platforms, property portals).
- A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.
- Weekend availability for inspections (as needed).
- Passion for helping people make smart, informed property decisions.
