Key Responsibilities- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the Club, including all floor areas, toilets, car park, and grounds;
- Clean and maintain tables, chairs, ash trays, and glassware in a timely and efficient manner;
- Set up tables, chairs, and equipment for special events and functions, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive team culture;
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to member and guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and bending, for extended periods;
- A flexible approach to work, with willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
- RSA and RCG Certificates; and experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
