Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist Lead

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled professional with a passion for delivering high-quality, family-centred care to children and young people aged 0-12 years.
About the Role- This senior-level position offers the chance to provide clinical governance, leadership, and expertise within occupational therapy services, ensuring safe, timely, and person-centred care.
- A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification is required, along with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Advanced paediatric occupational therapy experience in a healthcare setting is essential. We want to hear about your approach to evidence-based practice and how you ensure high-quality care.
- Sharing your experience of providing clinical supervision or mentoring junior therapists or students would be valuable. How did you support their development and ensure competency in their practice?
- Describe your strategy for managing competing priorities and maintaining organisation and time management skills in a busy clinical environment.
- Tell us about a Quality Improvement project or service change you led or were involved in. What was the problem, and what was the outcome?
- An Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2) is mandatory. You must obtain a NSW C-class license within three months if holding one from another state.
