Sydney-Based Support Specialist

This role will operate on a rotating roster with shifts from 8:00–16:30 and 10:00–18:30. You will be notified ahead of time about your shifts.
In this position, you will work to assist Lawyers across all of the firm's practice areas, cover reception, prepare legal documents, and assist Legal Secretaries with overflow work when needed. Other duties include:
- Reception
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Expenses

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organisational skills to manage a large number of files at a time and meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills are also essential to liaise with clients, visitors, and internal staff. Additionally, you should be a team player, willing to help others when necessary, and have accuracy and attention to detail. Flexibility and the ability to manage change effectively are also important qualities for this position.
