Job Title: IAM Architect & Technical Lead

In this challenging role, you will design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Okta. You will lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta
  • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other business systems
  • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities related to identity and access management
  • Provide technical leadership on IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of IAM systems, making improvements as required

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing Okta solutions
  • A solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices
  • Hands-on experience with integration of IAM solutions in complex environments
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks
  • Relevant certifications in IAM or Okta (preferred but not mandatory)
