A highly skilled Okta Solutions Architect is needed to develop and implement comprehensive identity and access management strategies.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the architecture of the Okta platform across the enterprise, focusing on security, compliance, and scalability. This includes designing and implementing secure authentication flows, role-based access control, and adaptive access policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce security policies, authentication protocols, and access governance using Okta features like SSO, MFA, and Adaptive Access.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, risk posture, and compliance needs.
  • Inspire and mentor IAM engineers, fostering technical growth and leadership within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration patterns.
Requirements:

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 12+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3+ years focused on Okta and CIAM.

  • Hands-on experience with Okta workflows, APIs, and integration tools is essential.
  • Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and secure access control is required.
  • Okta Certified Professional or Architect certification is preferred.
