About Our CRM Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a pivotal role in powering our go-to-market engine.

As the technical owner of our HubSpot CRM structure, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our sales, marketing, and customer success teams' workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.

  • You will design and maintain scalable workflows and lifecycle automations to streamline lead management, campaign attribution, and sales enablement.
  • You will build custom dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance and support strategic decisions.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimise CRM data integrity, manage integrations with external platforms, and implement improvements to enhance visibility and efficiency across the customer journey.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing CRM systems, preferably in a revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations capacity.
  • Proven expertise in designing and maintaining scalable workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.
  • A solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and revenue operations fundamentals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to audit data, manage integrations, and uphold system integrity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with BI tools, Google Sheets, or data platforms for basic analysis and reporting.
  • Bonus: exposure to tools like Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Segment.
