Airport Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Ground Transport Officer to join our team at Perth Airport. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and have experience in working in high-pressure environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and information to airport visitors, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting patrols and routine inspections of airport roadways, forecourts, and facilities, and identifying any defects, hazards, or suspicious activity and ensuring area safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely information to airport visitors
- Deliver superior customer service and respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of airport infrastructure
- Identify and address potential risks and hazards
- Maintain accurate records related to health and safety, training, and customer service
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to handle challenging situations with composure
- A full Driver's Licence
- A WACE certificate (or equivalent)
- Experience in Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (Construction White Card) or the willingness to obtain these qualifications
