Airport Passenger Transportation Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking an Airport Passenger Transportation Specialist who can provide exceptional customer service and support to all domestic, interstate, and international visitors.
This role involves delivering guidance, information, and assistance to passengers, while also maintaining accurate records related to health and safety, training, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert knowledge and advice to passengers on airport facilities and services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous responses to enquiries
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of airport roadways, forecourts, and facilities to ensure area safety
- Identify any defects, hazards, or suspicious activity and take necessary actions to mitigate risks
- A proven history of working in a customer-facing environment with excellent communication skills
- An approachable manner and ability to build rapport quickly with passengers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure
- A full Driver's Licence and WACE certificate (or equivalent)
- Experience in Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (pre-requisite Construction White Card) or the willingness to obtain these qualifications
