Job Title: Interdisciplinary Educator - Mathematics, Science and Religion
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated educator to join our school as an Interdisciplinary Teacher for Mathematics, Science and Religion.
As an interdisciplinary educator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for students in Years 7 to 10.
Our school is committed to providing a well-rounded education that encompasses not only academic excellence but also a deep understanding of the interconnected worlds of mathematics, science, and religion.
Key Responsibilities- Developing comprehensive lessons in mathematics that cater to diverse learning styles and instill a love for numbers and problem-solving.
- Cultivating a scientific mindset and inquiry-based learning through engaging and interactive approaches.
- Nurturing spiritual growth and ethical understanding through open discussions on various religious perspectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science or Religious Studies.
- VIT Certification.
- Working With Children Check.
- Accredited to Teach in a Catholic School (desired).
- Accredited to Teach Religious Education.
- Demonstrated passion for interdisciplinary teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
