Disability Support Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and lead fulfilling lives.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and social engagement to promote the wellbeing and independence of our clients.
  • Implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
  • Report any changes in client's condition or needs to the care team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Relevant experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar care-oriented role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable mindset.
