Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to residents with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in aged care
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
