Customer Service Role

Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service levels, converting incoming leads into sales appointments, supporting sales activities, handling customer communications, administering solar installation paperwork processing, processing customer invoices, rebate claims, and orders.

  • Customer inquiry handling and response management
  • Administrative duties including data entry and document management

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales and/or administrative roles with a proven track record of success

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional phone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to convert inquiries into sales appointments and exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
