Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive restaurant profitability, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other controllable expenses to achieve profitability targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
