About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our ambitious team in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively communicate with clients and partners to ensure their needs are met and surpassed.
  • Assess projects to determine their suitability for online studies and provide flawless pricing proposals.
  • Attend client meetings and effectively manage client accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and offer expert consultation to clients.
  • Review final deliverables for clients, ensuring exceptional quality before forwarding.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in successfully managing client accounts and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time.
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
