Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has strong organizational skills.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating project resources, ensuring timely delivery, and managing project progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Ensure timely delivery, within scope and budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage resource availability and allocation
  • Track project progress using detailed plans
  • Verify changes to project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems and techniques
  • Report to management as needed
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify and report hazards

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in engineering (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement and cost reduction
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Project scheduling and planning skills
  • Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management skills
  • Resource allocation and production planning skills
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health & safety standards
  • Risk assessment and hazard management skills
