An exciting opportunity has become available for a high performing individual to join the Engineering & Technology branch of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) in the role of Senior Advisor (Human Resources). As a Senior Advisor (Human Resources) you will work in a collaborative team to support the business through the alignment of human resources activities with organisational strategy. You will contribute to a collaborative team environment, emphasising professionalism and relationship-building both within the team and with stakeholders across the Engineering and Technology (E&T) business unit.

As a Senior Advisor (Human Resources) you will work in a collaborative team to support the business through the alignment of human resources activities with organisational strategy. You will deliver data informed advice and services around a range of business and human resources issues including performance management, industrial and employee relations, workforce planning, talent management and change management. You will contribute to a collaborative team environment, emphasising professionalism and relationship-building both within the team and with stakeholders across the Engineering and Technology (E&T) business unit.
