Sydney based maintenance company seeks a skilled tradesperson to perform daily work order requests for clients in the QLD region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in building trades and be able to carry out a range of tasks including construction and building maintenance, painting, plaster repairs, carpentry, roofing repairs, internal and external door repairs, floor and wall tiling, fencing repairs, gate installation and repairs, rubbish removal and basic landscaping.

Key skills include:

  • a high level of attention to detail
  • ability to work unsupervised and with minimal supervision
  • problem solving skills and ability to commit to getting the job done
  • own transport and tools of the trade are preferred but not essential

We are also seeking someone who is open to relocating interstate in the future.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Hours: 20-38 per week

Salary: Competitive package

  • 5 years in property maintenance (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full Driver Licence (required)

  • Australia (required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (required)
  • Night Shift (required)
  • Overnight Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
