Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Counter team member to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing accurate product information and answering customer queries
  2. Preparing and delivering quotes both in-person and over the phone
  3. Maintaining stock levels and undertaking pick, pack and dispatch activities
  4. Ensuring the branch remains tidy and safe for all customers and colleagues
  5. Occasionally making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

In order to succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, as well as proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn new systems.
