Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software development leader to join our team as a Senior Software Development Manager.

This role involves leading the design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will implement and optimize MS Cloud for Healthcare services to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations.

You will integrate D365 applications with healthcare systems using FHIR protocols for seamless data exchange. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand user needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the migration of legacy systems to D365 and Cloud for Healthcare platforms with minimal disruption and data integrity.
  • Providing technical insights and guidance to development teams throughout the software development cycle.
  • Conducting code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software development.
  • Staying updated with healthcare technology trends, D365 updates, and FHIR developments to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Leading and mentoring team members on best practices and approaches.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years' demonstrated experience in a similar Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions application development role.
  • Expertise in FHIR standards and healthcare data interoperability. Experience with Managed and Unmanaged Solutions best practices.
  • Experience across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages).
