Key Manufacturing Leadership Role

This key role will lead production improvements and quality enhancements through a culture of continuous innovation.
The Job:
Drive performance excellence across the manufacturing facility by implementing strategies for growth and efficiency. This involves:
- Developing and executing incident investigations and problem-solving processes to address production and quality-related issues.
- Identifying areas for improvement in operational employee training standards, planning/scheduling efficiency, reviewing and implementing SOPs and CI platforms.
- Driving 5S business projects through individual project management and cultural change within the production department.
- Leading team members in developing modern manufacturing techniques, including LEAN methodologies and 5 Whys.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Production Management professional with:
- Proven success in leading teams within a manufacturing facility, ideally from Chemical, Food or Beverage industries.
- Ideal background in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience driving modern manufacturing techniques and understanding of 5S, LEAN and 5 Whys.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate staff and provide a fun, safe environment.
