Job Title: Customer Success Manager
About the JobWe are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and customer success, with experience in managing large portfolios of customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that hundreds of schools in your portfolio are engaged, supported, and renewing successfully. You will design and lead scaled CS programs, including onboarding journeys, renewal playbooks, and automated campaigns. You will also deliver one-to-many engagements through webinars, office hours, and group training.
About You- You have 1-3 years of SaaS Customer Success experience, ideally with exposure to automation, digital CS, or program-building.
- You are highly data-driven and comfortable using metrics to prioritize, segment, and decide where to focus your energy in a large portfolio.
- You are proactive and resourceful, with the ability to build systems rather than wait for them.
- You are organized and execution-focused, balancing breadth of coverage with the need to step in for critical moments.
