Job Description:

As a merchandise strategist, you will be working closely with cross-functional partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for allocating products that are already in Australia, managing the distribution of inventory within the country.

  • Work closely with merchants to identify effective product assortments for their categories.
  • Support supplier collaboration efforts aimed at optimizing in-stock and inventory objectives.
  • Plan and collaborate with key partners for trade decisions to drive sales.
  • Assist in inventory forecasts in conjunction with merchants and suppliers.
  • Oversee and aid in managing the OTB (Open to Buy) budget.
  • Conduct regular reforecasts to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions required to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide timely reporting analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, and opportunities/risks.
