Legal Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious and hard-working law students to take on legal clerk roles in our Brisbane office.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to do real legal work from the get-go, in a supportive and collaborative learning environment which encourages you to balance and blend your university commitments with work experience.

You will have the chance to develop valuable skills and gain practical experience in various areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research for current matters
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Attending client meetings and taking notes
  • Gathering and analyzing case facts
  • Collating documents for counsel briefing and court hearings

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated academic excellence throughout your tertiary studies
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and take a proactive approach to solving problems and building relationships
  • Able to digest instructions quickly and produce quality results
