About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering positive employee experiences, promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging, and ensuring our HR practices align with local employment requirements and global organisational values.

You will work closely with local leaders and global HR teams to align people strategies with evolving business needs, providing culturally aware and market-relevant HR advice tailored to the Australian context.

  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employment legislation, employee relations, and inclusive workplace practices.
  • Champion respectful workplaces and help resolve concerns with empathy and fairness.

You will be responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle moments, collaborating with Centres of Expertise, and contributing to local and global HR projects.

Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Degree or certification in Human Resources preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, Australian employment laws, and HRIS (Workday experience a plus).
  • Proficient in key HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and policy development.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
