Job Title: People Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing employee relations, workforce planning, and culture within the organisation.

  • Foster a positive work environment by managing employee grievances and providing guidance on ER matters.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and manage recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement key organisational culture and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of operational HR roles, particularly in the manufacturing sector. They will possess a hands-on approach and be capable of working autonomously while owning the function.

This stand-alone role provides autonomy to further develop policies and procedures. You will have access to on-site parking and opportunities for career progression as the organisation grows.
