Senior People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive impactful HR strategies that align with our organisational goals.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping people-focused initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in contributing to meaningful projects, supporting key HR initiatives, and ensuring our HR practices are aligned with the evolving needs of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Aligning people strategies with organisational goals to enhance performance and culture
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, and succession efforts for key roles
- Implementing performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, reviewing policies, and driving data-informed decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred) with 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex HR concepts
- Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and foster a supportive work environment
