Job Title: Retail Crime Specialist

About the Role:

  • Lead strategic crime prevention initiatives to protect people, customers, and operations.
  • Collaborate with investigations teams to identify, investigate, and disrupt retail crime offenders.
  • Develop intelligence and analytics-driven strategies to mitigate emerging threats.
  • Optimize Profit Protection platforms to ensure best-in-class detection and prevention.
  • Guide covert security strategies and manage external providers.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums and taskforces.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail crime prevention or related fields.
  • Advanced understanding of Auror required.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in BI reporting, SQL, Excel, and data systems desirable.
  • Ability to quickly identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with law enforcement and external providers.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and measure return on investment.
