">This role is for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program in Melbourne.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- To design, implement and maintain engaging and age-appropriate activities and programs for children
- To ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- To lead and supervise a team of educators
- To build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
- To manage the administrative aspects of the program, including rostering, reporting and resource allocation
Requirements and Qualifications:
">- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Substantial experience working in OSHC or a similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and education to children
