">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Out of School Hours Care program. This role will oversee the daily operations of our small service in the Sassafras area, leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and experiences for children.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities and programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and experiences for children.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment where all children feel valued, respected, and supported.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the broader community.
">Requirements:

This role requires a minimum requirement of an ACECQA approved Diploma of Children's Services or Early Childhood. Prior experience as a Coordinator of an OSHC provision is essential. Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain) are also required.
