Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled occupational therapist to join our dynamic team.

As an occupational therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse paediatric caseload, conducting assessments and developing individualised therapy plans to support functional goals across home, school, and community settings.

You will provide direct therapy sessions in our clinics and local school environments, collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a consistent, goal-focused approach.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver workshops, parent coaching, and teacher consultation as needed.

  • Conduct assessments to understand each child's strengths and needs.
  • Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans to support functional goals across home, school, and community settings.
  • Work with children presenting with a range of needs including sensory.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions in our clinics and local school environments.
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a consistent, goal-focused approach.
  • Offer practical strategies and environmental supports to promote participation in everyday activities.
  • Support capacity building through parent coaching, teacher consultation, and workshops as needed.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

They will also have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, with experience working with children and families.
