Therapy Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Therapy Specialist with expertise in paediatric therapy. This role involves working with children aged 0-16 who present a range of communication and feeding needs.

Caseload includes clients with conditions such as global developmental delay, ASD, ADHD, and other neurological or genetic diagnoses. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, delivering interventions tailored to each child's unique needs, collaborating with families, using tools like the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) to track progress, participating in multidisciplinary meetings for holistic care, and supporting and coaching parents to help their children achieve goals in everyday environments.

The ideal candidate should have a Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or related discipline, SPA Registration, Driver's licence & access to a reliable vehicle, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check.
