Job Opportunity: Support Clients in Their Own Homes

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Worker to support clients in their own homes, providing quality complex care and assistance. The ideal candidate will be part of our team that helps individuals live their best possible lives.

As a permanent part-time (up to 25 hours per fortnight) Care Worker, you will assist with tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport.

You will develop genuine connections with your clients and help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Our comprehensive orientation program includes buddy shifts and direct access to a dedicated supervisor for support. You will also have opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

The salary for this role is $31.24 plus superannuation per hour, plus paid travel time and mileage between clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, and food preparation
  • Support clients with continence management and medication assistance
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
