**Job Description**

We are seeking a qualified Pool Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pool coaching and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Essential Qualifications & Skills**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Austswim and/or ASCTA certification
  • Pool Lifeguard/First Aid certification
  • Valid Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable Persons (RWVP)
  • Current criminal history check (dated within 3 months of issue)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in working with all ages
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in the Aquatic Industry
  • Experience in customer service and ability to perform general administration tasks
