**Job Title:** Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator
**Job Summary:** Tradewind Australia is recruiting for Casual Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic casual educator pool. As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch care and education to young people.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with children in meaningful play-based learning activities.
- Implement and contribute to the development of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.
**Requirements:**
- Fully completed Diploma in ECE (or ACEQUA equivalent).
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Do Food Safely Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood (or willingness to obtain).
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting is essential.
