You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This includes developing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children, as well as fostering strong relationships with families and the broader community.
As a seasoned leader in early childhood education, you will bring your expertise and passion to drive business growth, improve operational performance, and enhance the overall quality of our services. Your commercial acumen and experience in managing change will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of our business and achieving our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Foster strong relationships with families and the broader community
- Drive business growth, improve operational performance, and enhance the overall quality of our services
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) with extensive experience in leading and managing teams in early childhood education, health, or community services.
Skills and Qualities: Proven leadership and management skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, and stakeholders, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for children.
