Business Advisory Accountant - Melbourne Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Advisory Accountant to join our team in Melbourne. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, family groups and entrepreneurs, to provide business advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements and tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Advisory Work: Support advisory work, structuring and tax planning for clients, utilizing commercial mindset and client communication skills.
- Liaison: Liaise directly with clients and assist on key queries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Mentorship: Mentor juniors (if at Senior level), sharing knowledge and expertise to support their development.
- Collaboration: Collaborate across service lines, working closely with Partners and other professionals to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5+ years in public Practice, with a strong understanding of business advisory services.
- Qualifications: CA/CPA (completed or in progress), demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Skillset: Commercial mindset, client communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
