Corporate Finance Role Overview

This is a key position within our organisation, focusing on corporate finance and strategic forecasting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and owning the corporate valuation model.

The role is central to investment decisions, capital raising, and growth planning. You will provide commercial insights that underpin the company's next phase of scale and strategic forecasts.

  • Developing and maintaining a dynamic corporate valuation and forecasting model
  • Conducting scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and financial impact assessments
  • Partnering with stakeholders across finance, strategy, product, and operations to support planning and investment decisions
  • Supporting the preparation of investor information requirements
  • Providing ad hoc commercial analysis for strategic initiatives
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or financial modelling, preferably gained in a Big Four advisory/modelling team, investment banking, professional services, or within a corporate finance function
  • Strong technical capability in valuation, scenario planning, and three-way modelling (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Experience supporting capital raising, financing discussions, or investor reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build flexible, scalable models from first principles
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in corporate finance (CFA or equivalent)
